Sleep With All Your Friends
Sleep With All Your Friends plays wonderful happy, sad and fast indie-rock. The band’s music circles lead singer Morten Bruun and Olivia Rus personal friendship through the years of both good and bad times. With hardly any rules or sense of timing, the band has made 2 EP’s and a full-length album, recorded and performed by Morten Bruun and his best friends. Showing a good sense of melody, relevant lyrics and ignorance of current music trends, the band has already played at some at the biggest venues in Denmark - ever since the first songs were released.
Although the band had immediate attention, the live band never stayed together for more than 6 months at a time, making it hard for the band to become more than a studio project. After 3 years of preparation the 5 guys are now ready to release the first single.

Single release and new live videos
It’s official: http://www.fakediamond.dk/#/475256/ - we’re going to put out a 7” at Fake Diamond records march 7th, along with filmed live editions of ”I Drink I Fight” and ”Gold Star.” And as a bonus we will slap on a sticker on the cover, which makes it possible to download a brand new EP.
I just returned home after a video edit session with Kristian Foldager, and the result is stunning already – can’t wait to publish it.
The final result of the live session will be a 20min long film, which also features the talented man and good friend ”E-Bird”
I Hope to see a lot of familiar faces at the yet to be planned release party, but make sure to keep that date sacret . It will be mayhem, we promise!

Hi Friends! And welcome!
Here, me and the other bastards from SWAYF will keep you updated on our massive career, both online and .out…hmm real life.///
For starters, our recent album is up for free download, I’ll make some proper introduction and share some history about the record in another post. ///
Right now, I’m mixing and adding the last touch on a small summer EP with 4 tracks. Tempo-filled, happy-sad songs, with loads of high pitched out of tune guitars, and fast drum parts from our friends Magnus Friis. I just need to find a sax and trumpet player, and come up with a title for it. Right now, Max’s suggestion “The Super Positive Best Friends EP” is ruling out others.

Other news, is that we’re probably gonna play a show at RUST cph in the end of September, AAAnd maybe the song “Gold Star” is going to be the background music for a webspot for GE Capital in the US. That’ll hopefully bring some dough that I can spend on printing some vinyls. The reason why “If I Told You” never got printet, even though i posted a lot of different dropdates for it on facebook, is that I have been broke, really fucking broke since the spring. My bank even cancelled my visa card last week. Dammit. But still, using money for making music and buying beers seemed much better than paying off old debts. But in the end, making money on a company (GE) that probably owns my bank down the line, seems nothing more than beautiful.

Well, that’s it for tonight – just to test this blog, I’ll try to post a picture of the keyboard player and future webmaster for this site: Anders. If the picture comes out blurry or end ruining the layout, it’s his fault! He said something about “cropping a picture” but I have no idea what crops and pictures have in common, though I tried to make it smaller in iPhoto, but then the filenames came out alike…and the computer did the thing again, but here goes nothing I guess.
